Returns & Refunds Policy

At Woof & Bone Apparel we are committed to delivering high-quality dog art garments. Please carefully read our returns and refunds policy to understand our procedures and terms.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our printed garments we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Each product is made to order and is unique.

2. Claims for Misprints, Damages, or Defects

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item please follow these steps:

• Submit a Claim Within 7 Days: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Contact us: Reach out via our email info@woofandboneapparel.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or error if applicable.
• Further Instructions: Upon receiving your claim, we will provide further instructions which may include details on returning the item or other steps necessary for resolution.

3. Return Address & Unclaimed Returns

Default Return Address: All returns are directed to the Printful facility. An automated email notification will be sent to you upon receipt of a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to Printful. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments returned to Printful can be reshipped at your expense. Without a Printful account, such orders may be donated to charity without issuing a refund.

4. EU Consumer Notification

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Woof & Bone Apparel reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

5. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language regardless of translations.
